So while I've not asked for alliances every minute like I have before, I have tried to be social with as many people as I can.

So of the 12 new houseguests:

Bridgette- Have sent 1/2 PMs, realized that she's played as someone before, wondered if it's someone that I would know.
Bronte- Sent her 1 PM, haven't heard back.
Corey- Nothing yet
Glenn- I've talked to him the most, and I think I'm gonna pick him for my team if he's still available.
Jozea- Nothing yet
Michelle- Sent her 1 PM, haven't heard back.
Natalie- Nothing yet
Paul- Sent her 1 PM, haven't heard back.
Paulie- Nothing yet
Tiffany- Nothing yet
Victor- We keep talking about the Challenge, I think he's a little shady but I don't think he'll target me right away.
Zakiyah- Nothing yet.

As far as the returning players go,
I talked to Steve and he told me it was a nice move for me to give my spot up so we could have 4 returning players and so Paul could play. Maybe something there? Haven't heard anything from Britney/Elissa, so we'll see how that goes.

So the only real alliance I have is with Jacob/Victor, called "The Fiery Fools." He's on Britney's team which is probably my 2nd favorite excluding mine. So here are my thoughts on everyone so far now:

12 new houseguests:
Bridgette- She "forgets" who she was in BTB 8, as long as she isn't Sebastian I'm pretty sure we're fine. But who knows maybe it's him and he just pulled reverse psychology by saying he was a dick.

Bronte- Shady. One-worded answers. Right now my #1 target.

Corey- Nothing yet, it's looking like he's still really inactive and will be on my team. Assuming the last team gets HOH the first week, maybe that could be a good thing for my team?

Glenn- #1 ally right now, I have no reason to think he'd be disloyal whatsoever

Jozea- Nothing yet, will most likely not end up on my team.

Michelle- Talked to her a little bit, I like her so far.

Natalie- Still nothing yet

Paul- Seems like a cool guy

Paulie- He reached out to me, seems cool so far.

Tiffany- She PM'd me after she was picked and seems nice. She's on Victor's team which is a plus.

Victor- #2 ally right now. We're on different teams and I genuinely like everyone on his team so far so we'll see how that works out.

Zakiyah- On my team, she seems really nice right now.

And as far as the returning players go, I talk to Britney and Steve a fair amount, more Steve than Britney. Nothing with Elissa yet BUT I realized she was allies with Aaryn her season who I have a long history with, both good and bad. I might pull into that connection, maybe not.

So our team came in 3rd for the first competition which is perfectly okay with me. It would've been nice to get the first HOH but it's not necessary. Britney's team won which is great for me because Victor is on that team, and Britney and I talked about having each other's backs right now and that makes me feel comfortable as I can right now. I don't know who they'll put as HOH but I don't think I'd have much to worry about any of them being HOH. Also, Elissa's team is the last place team, and I hope that it's Elissa or Bronte that go first rather than Paulie or Natalie, but we'll see how that one goes.

So Elissa went home in the first eviction competition but no one was really surprised so whatever. Then the 3 remaining vets decided to work together so that we're not picked off. Now here's the thing: I think Britney is Abi from BTB Philippines and if that is the case, well I'm screwed lol. Abi and I HATED each other that game and I really don't want that rivalry to come back now. It's been 4 years since that game so maybe things are fine now but I don't want to pull that risk right now. Then this whole Zakiyah drama happened where basically Bridgette/Paul/Paulie/Glenn have an alliance. Bridgette told Zakiyah about it not realizing Zakiyah was in the game (they know each other in real life). I got that info from Glenn and Tiffany said something very similar, so I'm inclined to believe that is true right now. And as far as the newbies go, I'm working with Victor and Tiffany most closely, and I'm keeping Glenn off to the side right now. Again, who knows what will happen with nominations but I'm very interested to see how it will go. The thing that is so crazy is that everyone is like "We should work together Jacob!" So I'm kinda/sorta playing the same game as last time but I also know that I'm not asking everyone for an alliance this time, so that's at least better.

So it looks like Glenn is getting the boot this week. The first member of my team goes home, and the first of the "Fiery Three" or whatever is going home. I can't say I'm too upset, but I just hope that next week's HOH is something that my team can win to keep myself safe next week. The funny thing about Glenn is that I see so much of my younger self in him (That felt really weird to say... but whatever). I really hope he grows and realizes his mistakes in his game and can come back next time and win. That being said, if I were to win HOH next week my plan is going to put up Bridgette and Bronte. Bronte has talked very little game with me and I have absolutely no clue where she stands. Bridgette is a strong competitor so if she wins POV, that means Bronte doesn't get it and Bronte can go home. If she doesn't win POV, then Bridgette will most likely go home and then at that point Bridgette will go into the Battle Back where she could win her way back, and depending on how that is handled, may be a good thing for us.

So the vote came back 5-3-1:

If I had to guess who voted to keep Glenn as opposed to who didn't, I'd say:

The 5 to vote him out were: Me, Steve, Tiffany, Victor, one of Paul/Paulie/Bronte

The 4 to keep him were: Zakiyah, Bridgette, two of Paul/Paulie/Bronte.

I'd guess it would be Paul and Paulie since Bronte didn't use the veto on him but I'm not exactly sure. Michelle also didn't vote so she has 1 strike against her. Glenn's gone, and I think my plan is going to start taking out one of Z, Bridgette, and the PP/Bronte group

So apparently Jozea and Elissa did the first Battle Back, and Elissa won, so Jozea is officially out of the game, not that he was here in the first place.

Ok so I think I figured out how the voting went:

Votes to send Glenn home: Me, Tiffany, Victor, Bronte, Paul or Paulie
Vote to send Natalie home: Steve
Votes to send Corey home: Bridgette, Zakiyah, Paul or Paulie

If I'm right on that, then if I win HOH my initial gut is to put up Bridgette and one of Paul or Paulie, but I'm still not sure which one it is. However, I still do not feel comfortable with Bronte and think that if she went then I wouldn't be too upset either. Bridgette is a beast and we could just make her go through Battle Back so we know whoever we send out next week would be in trouble, but that's also a risky move to do because if I get evicted next week, then that means I could be the one that goes home. Ideally I would want Zakiyah to go but she's on my team so I can't do that. Right now the ones that I feel are safe from my nominations are Britney, Steve, Tiffany, Victor, and Corey (and Zakiyah by default).

So right now here's how the sides of the house look

One side: Me, Britney, Victor, Tiffany, Corey, Michele (?), Steve
Other side: Paul, Paulie (I think?), Zakiyah, Bridgette

In the middle: Bronte and Natalie

As far as I know, Natalie is definitely not on my side of the alliance but could potentially be working with the other. Now here's what gets interesting: Michelle is thinking about quitting apparently. If that is the case, then that leaves one less round for the Battle Back, which means we HAVE to try to get Bridgette out next round if we want her out. If she does come back, it mgiht just be as simple as sending her right out the door if she comes back. Again, one week at a time, but I hope that with what happens, I can cultivate a realtionship with Paulie OR Zakiyah to make sure that I can have them on MY side come later on in the game.

ALSO: One thing that I've noticed is that the HOH room is starting to get used with Tiffany. I have no idea who is posting in there, but it is something that I'm gonna keep in mind for right now

So the nominees this week are Michelle, Paulie, and Zakiyah. Paulie is 99.9% safe this week, and it's going to come down to Zakiyah vs Michelle. As of right now, Zakiyah told me she has 5 votes to get rid of Michelle: Corey, Bronte, Paul, Bridgette, and Natalie. I'm not sure how truthful it is, but I'm not gonna vote to keep her, and hope that I can talk to Corey about it and hope that he's up to send her packing, considering how she tried to send him last week. So if the lines that are in place vote the way they should this round, it will be: Me, Britney, Victor, Steve on one side vs. Bridgette, Natalie, Paul, and Bronte on the other with Corey being the one in the middle... and that's not a good thing for me lol. So we'll see how this all plays out.

This is the 1 in 1000 scenario where he didn't survive. WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL TIFFANY? That causes me to raise some major flags about Tiffany at this point. I want to win HOH to ensure my safety right now

So Zakiyah won HOH this week. That sucks. However, the good thing is that because she is on my team, Corey and I are both safe for the week as well. I have no idea who she'll actually put up this week, but all I know is that I cannot be nominated and voted out, and that is all that matters right now

So Zakiyah nominated Britney and Victor, two of my closest allies in the game. That being said, Tiffany was nominated by Bridgette from Roadkill, then proceeded to win POV. Bronte is the likely nominee to go up, and then at that point we can get the votes to send her home. If this works, then we survive another week and then start from there. I'm not necessarily worried about the Battle Back right now, I'll worry about that when it happens.

So basically the house switched and the sides are looking like this right now:

1 side: Me, Steve, Tiffany, Bronte, Natalie, Corey, Victor

The other: Paul, Zakiyah, Michelle, Britney, and Bridgette

I hope that my side comes on for the HOH competition, we SHOULD have the numbers since Zakiyah can't compete. Basically I just need someone from my side to put up one of the other side and go from there.

So Zakiyah was evicted (Thank God), and we've made it to the jury stage.

Bridgette then won HOH, which I'm not sure how I feel about that. Britney and I have gotten close, but I'm keeping her at an arm's length for two reasons: 1. If people think we're close again, then people will want to come after me. 2. She IS good, and I'm not sure at what point I want to cut her.

If I stay off the block this week, that will be great for my long-term game since I will be able to avoid the backlash of my side about wanting to get rid of Zakiyah over Britney. At this point I'm banking on Bridgette keeping me safe for some reason and hope she goes after Tiffany/Nat/Bronte over me.
